My company Interactive One is looking for summer (and other term) interns to help our Product & Studios teams deliver industry-leading innovative digital solutions to major media brands.<\/p>\n
Interactive One is the premiere media network of brands targeting “The New Urban” – the most diverse, trend-setting, conversation audience ever. \u00a0 Our over 70 brands include HelloBeautiful.com, TheUrbanDaily.com, and our platform also serves Studios network brands such as GlobalGrind.com and Voxxi.com, in addition to 50 or so local brands associated with a network of radio stations in 16 markets.<\/p>\n
The Products & Studios team manages all creative design, UX, development, and operations using Automattic’s WordPress VIP, and are an active part of the WordPress “Big Media” milieu in New York, often attending and presenting at meetups, WordCamps, and other New York media & technology events.<\/p>\n
The successful intern will become a close-knit part of the team and help us deliver more and better innovations, and to help measure, optimize, and gain the best from the solutions we offer.<\/p>\n
We are looking for<\/p>\n
* \u00a0 Marketing Strategy & Analysis
\n* \u00a0 Project Management
\n* \u00a0 Technology
\n* \u00a0 Design
\n* \u00a0 User Research, Analytics & Operations<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
* \u00a0 Current student
\n* \u00a0 Entrepreneurial, can-do spirit
\n* \u00a0 Team collaborator
\n* \u00a0 Familiarity with HTML syntax, CSS & light front end coding experience
\n* \u00a0 Experience with mobile apps and mobile optimization
\n* \u00a0 Some experience with the Adobe Creative Suite or similar
\n* \u00a0 Familiarity with Google Analytics & if possible, Adobe SiteCatalyst (Omniture) as well.

\n* \u00a0 User Research & User Testing
\n* \u00a0 Focus on the Mobile User
\n* \u00a0 Analytics using Omniture, Google Analytics, Chartbeat, other suites
\n* \u00a0 Market Scanning & Partner Development
\n* \u00a0 Publisher Support
\n* \u00a0 Video Experience Development & Support using thePlatform MPX
\n* \u00a0 Email Acquisition using Sailthru
\n* \u00a0 Social Media acquisition via Facebook<\/p>\n
Facebook & YouTube brand page creation, publishing & optimization<\/p>\n
