MRY (www.mry.com) \u2013 The \u201cTop Ad Agency Internship of 2014\u201d – is seeking Experience Design\/UX students\u00a0to be a part of our unpaid, 9-week Summer Internship between June 9 and August 8. Undergraduate\u00a0students only, please.<\/p>\n
Experience Design at MRY is all about creating remarkable experiences that connect consumers with brands\u00a0through digital products, apps and websites that are memorable for all the right reasons, and that people\u00a0want to share. For us, planning a great journey is as important as nailing the details of great interaction\u00a0design.<\/p>\n
As an Experience Design Intern at MRY, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of people and projects that will\u00a0help grow your knowledge and experience across a range of Experience Design specialties: experience and\u00a0product strategy, content strategy, interaction design, information architecture, user research and usability\u00a0testing, and much more as you collaborate with other disciplines across technology, creative and beyond.<\/p>\n
Experience Design Interns will have the opportunity to make a contribution and develop skills in a variety of\u00a0areas. As an intern, you’ll:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Research, curate, organize and present interaction design best practices and inspirations that can\u00a0help us create better product and marketing experiences<\/p>\n
\u2022 Participate in workshops\/talks about the craft of experience design<\/p>\n
\u2022 Contribute to project brainstorming and coming up with solutions to experience design challenges<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist with sketching, wire framing, and prototyping (if you can code, this could include html\u00a0prototyping)\u2014a key design task that helps us stay connected to users during the design process\u00a0for projects of all types: mobile sites and apps, marketing sites and experiences, and social media\u00a0campaigns<\/p>\n
\u2022 Help organize, plan, conduct and analyze user research and usability testing\u00a0We’re looking for curious people obsessed with the nuances of human behavior, and who live and breathe\u00a0for making great user experiences that people want to talk about.<\/p>\n
