You\u2019ve likely\u00a0already seen our work as ComQi is a proud supplier to many Fortune 500 clients and partners.<\/p>\n<p>Position: Product Support Specialist<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to: VP of Operations<\/p>\n<p>Place of work:New York, NY<\/p>\n<p>Summary:<\/p>\n<p>Located in NYC and reporting to the VP of Operations, the Product Support Specialist is responsible for\u00a0the successful support of our product to End Users, System Integrators and our Sales team.\u00a0This is a major client-facing role both at Partner and End client level. The role consists of client and\u00a0product support in managing multi-faceted projects within a commercial media and technology\u00a0environment. We are small team servicing multiple clients from different industries. This is a \u201chands on\u201d,\u00a0\u201cget things done\u201d role, where a common sense approach is crucial. You need to be a self-starter in this\u00a0role and willing to take initiative to get results.<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities Include:<\/p>\n<p>Serving as a Product expert for ComQi\u2019s proprietary CMS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Deployment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Supporting Launch activity for end users and System Integrators including demo\u00a0setups for sales team<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Work with 3rd party resources\/ content vendors in the Digital Signage sector<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Product training and demos for new users<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a02nd Line Support for existing client base<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0This will include troubleshooting software issues directly with clients<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Liaising with 1st line and our development team to resolve escalated issues<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Some 1st line support will be required during busy periods<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Future product development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Working with development to provide field feedback<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Working with internal teams to help create and refresh Product Documentation,\u00a0training materials and knowledge base<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Qualified Background:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a00-3 years\u2019 experience in Product Support within Digital Media<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Experience with content production and\/ or CMS platforms<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Excellent client communication skills, servicing a range of different kind of companies.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Highly proficient in learning new software<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Experience with working on or with web development teams preferred<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0People and Team player, working within Global environment<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Enjoys working in a fast-paced, emerging industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What ComQi Will Provide<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Competitive Salary<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Full Benefits Package<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Experienced and innovative team where your efforts will be appreciated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please send your resume and covering letter with salary expectations to <strong>sarabausemason@comqi.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>While we thank all respondents, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ComQi is a leading global provider of in-store Shopper Engagement Technology enjoying significant\u00a0growth.
