We leverage the latest open\u00a0source technologies in the products we build.<\/p>\n<p>The Role<\/p>\n<p>The experience designer\u2019s primary responsibility will be to drive\u00a0user experience architecture and design from end-to-end, including\u00a0wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing; to create compelling\u00a0interactive experiences that look great for the intended user segments.<\/p>\n<p>Desired Skills &amp; Mindset<\/p>\n<p>Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team\u00a0player with a professional presence. Strong web and mobile design and\u00a0UX \/ UI experience. Ability to get things done, while also collaborating.<\/p>\n<p>It is a plus is you have interest in data visualize and can also create\u00a0stunning visual design.<\/p>\n<p>Prerequisites<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in design or equivalent area<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1-5 years\u2019 experience in software development<\/li>\n<li>Strong command of English language (both verbal and written)<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel to up to 50% to client sites both national and\u00a0international opportunties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Design experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with designing consumer quality products, enabling\u00a0business capability and objectives through technology<\/li>\n<li>Graphical and Visual design skills, including use of a diverse set\u00a0of software such as Adobe suite, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Azure, or\u00a0other tools for graphic design, visual design.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A\/B\u00a0testing<\/li>\n<li>Rapid prototyping<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Agile software development process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Non-design competencies<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills paired with the ability\u00a0to develop creative and efficient solutions<\/li>\n<li>Enjoys and gets energized by complex problem solving and ability\u00a0to push the innovation on solutions<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence\u00a0senior client business and design\/marketing executives on design\u00a0decisions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure, manage client expectations\u00a0effectively and not get overwhelmed by client pressures on team<\/li>\n<li>Distinct customer focus and quality mindset<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage own learning and contribute to functional\u00a0knowledge building<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and in various team settings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our Offer<\/p>\n<p>Our office culture is casual, fun and social, with an emphasis on\u00a0education and innovation.
