Leo is reinventing\u00a0the way outpatient pediatric care is delivered by building a tech-enabled, customer-friendly\u00a0practice experience that is better for parents, kids and providers.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>At Leo, we\u2019re re-imagining the experience of visiting the pediatrician from beginning to end. We\u00a0are building pediatric practices from the ground up, equipping them with unparalleled mobile and\u00a0web tools, work flow designs that maximize the time patients spend with doctors, and physical\u00a0space that is centered around the patient. Our practices will focus on reducing complexity,\u00a0improving customer service and integrating powerful technology throughout the care process:\u00a0from booking appointments, communicating with doctors, and checking in, to bill payment,\u00a0prescription management and accessing health information and parenting resources after a visit.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Leo isn\u2019t a healthcare company in the traditional sense. Rather, it is a technology, consumer\u00a0products, and customer service company, whose product is the best outpatient pediatric medical\u00a0care in the world.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Your role:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>As a Leo digital design intern, you will be responsible for working with the core Leo team to\u00a0help make everything that represents Leo into something beautiful. This includes everything from\u00a0mobile app and web site mock ups and pitch documents for potential investors, to explanatory\u00a0customer and partner facing collateral and surveys for market research.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>About you:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>You have experience designing consumer-facing user interfaces in web and mobile applications,\u00a0and the ability to design beautiful infographics, documents, collateral, wireframes, and mock-ups\u00a0that will clearly communicate the core of Leo\u2019s business. Throughout, you\u2019ve got your eye on the\u00a0big picture, but you never let a little detail slip. You are an independent thinker and a self-starter,\u00a0but you work well with a team. You can create great work products with little direction, but you\u00a0know when to ask for help.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Skills:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Illustration, Animation, Layout, Typography, Motion Graphics<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Web\/Graphic design, UI design<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Collateral creation \u2013 marketing\/other<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Expertise in Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>While experience in healthcare is not required, you should be excited by the idea of re-imagining\u00a0the way the world delivers healthcare to kids.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Note:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We are able to work quickly to finalize an internship with students who are interested in receiving\u00a0course credit for the fall semester.
