IN NEED OF HELP: installing and troubleshooting Face substitution software<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
PROJECT BRIEF: As part of a larger installation that deals with privacy, social<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
media, and American politics since the 2008 financial crisis, I’m producing a<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
series of videos that will involve face substitution\u2014compositing the faces of live<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
actors with faces from photographs.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
SEEKING \/ QUALIFICATIONS:<\/i><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– An artist or programmer who can help me install and troubleshoot Face Substitution software on two 2014 Mac computers<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/i><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Installing and troubleshooting software on computers prior to November shoot<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Thinking through any potential issues with post-production\/editing<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Thinking through software\u2019s use in production work-flow<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Potentially processing footage through software if schedule permits<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
TIME-LINE:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Pre-production: Now-early November<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Video shoots: early-Mid-November<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Post-production: December\/January<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
COMPENSATION:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Working with a non-profit budget on the project, but I can offer a modest fee<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
and credit in the final videos and related materials.<\/div>\n
