R\/GA is looking for a Technology Analyst to join the R\/GA Business Transformation<\/div>\n

group. The Technology Analyst will evaluate a variety of technology offerings, and based<\/div>\n

on client requirements, goals and current tech stack, will evaluate technology offerings,<\/div>\n

considered recommendations that meet the client\u2019s needs. This position requires a<\/div>\n

broad understanding of digital technologies across multiple verticals, industry trends,<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
and the interaction of business and technology in a global environment. Key<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
responsibilities include gathering and researching data for evaluating technology<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
solutions, establishing technology evaluation criteria, benchmark evaluation processes,<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
develop analysis, and establish conclusions.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The ideal candidate will be someone who has knowledge of and previous experience<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
working with and\/or evaluating a range of technology vendors. It is an exciting<\/div>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Gather and research data for evaluating technology solutions such as CMS,<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
eCommerce, CRM, Analytics, Social, Testing and others.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Establish technology evaluation criteria, feature matrices, benchmark processes.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Develop pertinent and thoughtful analysis, and establish conclusions.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Set up technical proof of concept for various software solutions when needed.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Help with writing POVs on various technology offerings.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Collaborate with other domain experts within the company to put together<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
technology evaluations, when needed.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Research emerging technologies, and be up-to-date on feature releases and<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
major updates from technology vendors.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Take responsibility for creating and leading portions of deliverables.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Qualifications:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Four-year degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
related field.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 2+ years working in technology consulting or relevant experience.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Knowledge and previous experience working with and\/or evaluating a range of<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
technology vendors.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Breadth of knowledge over multiple technology verticals, such as (but not<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
limited to) CRM, Ecommerce, CMS, Social, Analytics, Ad Tech.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 An understanding of the interaction of business and technology in a global<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
environment.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
convey information in a clear and concise manner.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Ability to translate data into meaningful and actionable recommendations.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Ability to handle multiple, complex projects in a deadline-driven environment.<\/div>\n

\uf0b7 High levels of self-motivation and attention to detail.<\/div>\n
