Candidate should have a strong design sense, the ability to execute, and an understanding of the interplay between web technologies and design\/usability best practices.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce user flows, wireframes, storyboards, and design mockups<\/li>\n<li>Understand and work around technical and time-bound constraints to create feasible and iterative designs.<\/li>\n<li>Execute designs and layouts with proficiency, including iconography, color schemes, interface features and transitions.<\/li>\n<li>Translate feedback and data into ongoing usability enhancements.<\/li>\n<li>Perform proofing and QA of own work to ensure logical, user consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Stay current on design trends and technology to advise the product roadmap.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Must have demonstrable skills in wireframe creation and experience with the Adobe CC suite at a minimum.<\/li>\n<li>Must have knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and modern web frameworks and technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Should have experience with responsive design products and mobile application design.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a portfolio that demonstrates a keen eye for UI design, as well as consumer-facing interfaces\/designs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a full-time exempt position.
