Primary areas of responsibility include:\u00a0managing personnel requirements and benefits; financial oversight; contract\u00a0fulfillment; building operations and management; box office and front-of-house\u00a0coordination for the company\u2019s theater The Performing Garage; assistance with\u00a0development, marketing, web-based and archival projects as needed; and\u00a0general office systems. May involve national and international touring as a\u00a0company manager. GM works closely with Producer, Marketing Manager,\u00a0Fundraiser, Bookkeeper, and Artistic Leadership. Candidates should possess a\u00a0general knowledge of financial systems, contracts, and office technology. The\u00a0ideal candidate will be highly organized, will enjoy a collaborative\u00a0environment but be able to work independently, and will be a multi-tasker with\u00a0a sharp attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
