We want the brightest, boldest, and ballsiest bunch we can find. A creative<\/p>\n<p>swat team comprised of inspired individuals capable of rising to any challenge.<\/p>\n<p>Do you spend late nights hacking your roommate\u2019s Wii controllers to work with an Oculus Rift?<\/p>\n<p>In your free time do you write and illustrate a comic series based on your online dating experiences?<\/p>\n<p>Does your Pinterest page look like a shrine to 1960\u2019s Graphic Design?<\/p>\n<p>Are you composing jingles in your head while you cook a homemade recipe for banana flamb\u00e9?<\/p>\n<p>Whoever you are, and whatever you do, we are looking for the best of the unconventional thinkers, tinkerers,<\/p>\n<p>and builders to take up residence here at Ogilvy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>How It Works:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>OgilvyAIR 2 offers five creative minds a competitive salaried position at a world-renowned advertising<\/p>\n<p>agency and an exceptional opportunity to generate content for global brands. This program is best suited for<\/p>\n<p>recent graduates with a unique vision &amp; a passion for creating things.<\/p>\n<p>Each Artists in Residence will rotate through several creative roles over an 18-month period. Rotations<\/p>\n<p>will feature different accounts that expose residents to a variety of creative work. Throughout their<\/p>\n<p>rotations, residents will contribute to client-related projects in tandem with our full-time staff.<\/p>\n<p>The AIR program will also feature monthly workshops hosted by Ogilvy\u2019s award-winning staff. These<\/p>\n<p>workshops will focus on a variety of skill sets, from craft-based exercises to leadership training.<\/p>\n<p>Residents will spend the last few months of the program collaborating with Ogilvy NY\u2019s CCO to develop<\/p>\n<p>and execute a substantial creative group project, giving residents the opportunity to produce a final piece<\/p>\n<p>of compelling work.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Who We Are:<\/p>\n<p>Ogilvy &amp; Mather is one of the largest marketing communications companies in the world.
