Duggal&#8217;s clientele is increasingly spread among\u00a0top retailers, Fortune 500 corporations, museums and graphic designers.<\/p>\n<p>Duggal&#8217;s Media Solutions team has designed and installed networked and\u00a0interactive digital display solutions around the world and offers the unique ability\u00a0to handle full digital projects, from content and software production, to kiosk\u00a0and fixture creation, to installation and long\u2013term management.<\/p>\n<p>ABOUT THIS POSITION<\/p>\n<p>The Sales Engineer for Digital Signage and Interactive Displays will play an\u00a0important part in the continued growth of Duggal&#8217;s Media Solutions team, which\u00a0is dedicated to offering networked digital signage and interactive media\u00a0solutions to Duggal&#8217;s customers who are interested in adding digital displays to\u00a0their print campaigns. The Sales Engineer will work in New York City directly\u00a0with Duggal&#8217;s large and well-connected Sales team to:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Understand client needs and work face to face with client representatives\u00a0during sales phase<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Work with the Media Solutions and Fabrication teams to prototype and\u00a0design final solutions<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Help develop project pricing<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Present solutions to the client that fit scope and budget<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Document installation plans and needs<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ensure final installations are to spec<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Train customer staff (if required)<\/p>\n<p>Outside of project timelines, this position will research and understand emerging\u00a0trends in digital signage and interactive media (e.g. Bluetooth Beacons, mobile\u00a0application use and statistics, evolving display technologies such as UHD\/4K,\u00a0and Content Management System options). They will work with the rest of the\u00a0Media Solutions team to educate the Sales team through an ongoing\u00a0communication process, including informal tours of interesting projects in NYC\u00a0locations, and occasional education newsletters.<\/p>\n<p>This position will act as the lead contact for Duggal&#8217;s largest digital signage\u00a0client \u2013 managed out of Duggal&#8217;s Portland, OR office \u2013 providing technical and\u00a0content solutions to the client lead.
