I wanted to reach out to you regarding the\u00a0CLIO Awards\u2019<\/b>\u00a0international\u00a0Student Entries<\/b>\u00a0program; I hope you\u2019ll encourage your students from\u00a0New York University\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0to enter soon.\u00a0 Please check out our online\u00a0Student Entries Flipbook<\/b><\/a>\u00a0for a program overview.<\/p>\n

All of CLIO\u2019s program extensions have student entry mediums, including:\u00a0Clio Awards<\/b><\/a>\u00a0(the classic awards program; deadline:\u00a0June 26th<\/b>),\u00a0Clio Image<\/b><\/a>\u00a0(Fashion\/Retail\/Beauty & Accessories; deadline:\u00a0March 12th<\/b>),\u00a0Clio Sports<\/b><\/a>\u00a0(Sports Marketing; deadline:\u00a0April 3rd<\/b>),\u00a0Clio Healthcare<\/b><\/a>\u00a0(Pharmaceutical, Healthcare & Lifestyle advertising; deadline:\u00a0July 10<\/b>)\u00a0 and the\u00a0Key Art Awards<\/b><\/a>(Entertainment advertising for Film, TV & Gaming; deadline:\u00a0Aug. 7<\/b>).<\/p>\n

Winning a CLIO while still in school will make a student\u2019s resume and portfolio stand out from the competition when looking for a job in the advertising industry.\u00a0\u00a0 In addition, each entry will be judged by a\u00a0Jury<\/a>\u00a0made up of top creative talent from around the world, ranging from agency Partners to Creative Directors and CCO\u2019s.\u00a0 For example, this year\u2019s Film jury is chaired by\u00a0Tham Khai Meng<\/b>, Worldwide Chief Creative Officer, Ogilvy & Mather, while the Direct & Engagement\/Experiential jury is chaired by\u00a0Susan Credle<\/b>, Chief Creative Officer, Leo Burnett.\u00a0 CLIO has committed to a 50\/50 jury split, evenly divided between men and women, while 70% of our jury is from outside the U.S., ensuring a diverse, global perspective.\u00a0 Every student entry will have the benefit of having exposure to these key decision makers.<\/p>\n

Students may enter the CLIO Awards in the following\u00a0Media Types<\/b>:<\/p>\n

– Digital Technique<\/p>\n

– Film<\/p>\n

– Film Technique<\/p>\n

– Innovative Media<\/p>\n

– Integrated Campaign<\/p>\n

– Out of Home<\/p>\n

– Print Technique<\/p>\n

– Social Media<\/p>\n
