We are working on a terrific search with PepsiCo and are seeking a talented, strategic Graphic<\/div>\n

Designer for the Senior Manager, Brand Design position for their exciting new innovation design<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
team. The position is located in the PepsiCo studio in SoHo New York.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Mauro Porcini, the new Chief Design Officer at PepsiCo, is building an exceptional in-house<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Design, Design Strategy, and Innovation capability. Within that department, a new Multi-<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Disciplinary team including Industrial Design, Innovation Design and Brand Design is being<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
shaped to focus on innovation projects. The Senior Manager – Brand Designer\u2019s mandate will be<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
a brand strategist and designer with responsibilities for the management and execution of<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
comprehensive brand, graphic, and strategic innovation projects.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Successful candidates will exhibit superior ability to inspire and engage cross-functional teams,<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
and drive from ideation to execution quality solutions, directly executing them or collaborating<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
with external partners. Candidates should be passionate about design, creative, and hybrid<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
thinkers able to think flexibly and conceptually within their own design discipline as well as<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
across other disciplines and have keen awareness of business issues.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Key Qualifications:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 7+ years of deep brand design experience<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Extraordinary ability in using the Adobe Creative Suite software<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Superb design taste<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Flexible and strategic brand thinking that extends functional design expertise into<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
solving business challenges<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Generates and communicates new ideas with a creative consciousness<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Has an ability to nurture ideas and champion experimentation<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Must be willing and able to travel 15% of the time<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
