The Science Project (http:\/\/tspxyz.com) is looking for a talented, ambitious Interactive Design Intern to join\u00a0our creative team to work on a variety of interactive platforms ranging from in-store retail experiences, e-commerce, digital magazines and native apps. Our expertise in omni-channel commerce and progressive\u00a0digital experiences can propel consumers to Touch, Move, Interact and Transact, anywhere and everywhere.<\/p>\n

You<\/p>\n
You of course, are smart and creative with strong visual design skills but also completely versed in the\u00a0foundations of user experience and client side technologies. You have a minimum of 1 – 2 years experience in\u00a0an digital agency or an equivalent degree (in progress).<\/p>\n
Your Skills:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Developed design aesthetic and command of leading industry design software (You are a master of the\u00a0Adobe Creative Suite).<\/p>\n
\u2022 A user centered methodology with the ability to solve basic UX\/UI problems.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Basic knowledge of interactive grid systems, responsive layouts and native app conventions.<\/p>\n
\u2022 An understanding of what can be achieved via front end web standards (HTML, CSS, Javascript).<\/p>\n
\u2022 Deep organization and efficient production habits that facilitate collaboration between multi-disciplinary\u00a0teams in our fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n

\u2022 UX\/UI, wire framing, prototyping skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 HMTL, CSS and Javascript development skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 Knowledge of After Effects or other time-based prototyping tools<\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience in fashion, editorial, or native iOS or Android app development<\/p>\n

Core Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Work with Designers and Directors to develop original digital designs for pitches and projects.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Actively participate in ideation and brainstorming<\/p>\n
\u2022 Create complete site designs starting from concepts, primary look and feel all the way through to error\u00a0states, error messages, confirmations, and html emails.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Confidently present work, advocate for design and fruitfully integrate\/iterate feedback.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Accurately predict workload and hit deadlines.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Help develop awesome company marketing materials, including case studies and interactive video\u00a0presentations.<\/p>\n
