The Title: ScrumMaster<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The Client: Ecommerce Division of Luxury Beauty Company<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The Job: In conjunction with the Product Manager, the ScrumMaster is responsible for planning,<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
coordinating and managing website and feature development. Projects will range from new<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
development to enhancements on existing products. Projects will always be built to cross devices and<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
to scale experiences across channels.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
In facilitating his\/her project\/s, the scrum master will work closely with user experience designers,<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
graphic designers, and engineers to ensure milestones and business goals are met. This position will<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
interface with both technical and non-technical business-side stakeholders to gather and prioritize<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
product requirements.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The ideal candidate will have moderate to deep AGILE experience and will excel at: cross-group<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
coordination, clear and concise communication, project management, creative problem solving,<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
process-focused aptitude to manage a variety of responsibilities and deliverables. Must be prepared to<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
succeed against aggressive goals with minimum supervision, be comfortable working with internal and<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
external partners and virtual\/offshore teams.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

– An ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence across groups<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Excellent teamwork skills<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
