Program Managers manage=<br \/>\n the day to day mobile program responsibilities, including defining client p=<br \/>\nrogram requirements, drafting program details, setting up programs on our ap=<br \/>\nplication platforms, troubleshooting, and reporting on program performance.<\/p>\n<div>A Program Manager will need to develop a th=<br \/>\norough understanding of Rip Road&#8217;s technical products and services to meet a=<br \/>\nnd exceed Clients&#8217; requirements. Successful candidates will possess excellen=<br \/>\nt verbal and written communication skills and should be able to act on their=<br \/>\n own initiative. They must be organized and persistent in pursuing their res=<br \/>\nponsibilities.
