Here’s the core pitch:<\/p>\n

“Internet of Things (and beyond) product designer with strong interaction design, industrial design, and physical prototyping skills.”<\/p>\n

– Help design compelling user experiences for innovative technologies.
\n– Create physical and digital prototypes and presentations that powerfully communicate design concepts and link them to an understanding of human behavior.
\n– Work with technology researchers, business people, and management to help them communicate research findings and business value.
\n– The range of activities could include: designing 2D and 3D appearance and interactive prototypes; explaining complex ideas; creating presentation documents; developing customer journeys across service touchpoints; and conducting physical, visual and interaction design explorations and visual design research.<\/p>\n

We pay market rates and have decent benefits (we’re part of Xerox, so we get Xerox big company benefits without the administrative overhead), and you get to the run of our complete model-making facility, where we have everything from the Bridgeport used to mill the parts for the first laser printer to high power laser cutters and multi-material 3D printers (also Makerbots, of course).<\/p>\n
