The Science Project is looking for a\u00a0talented, ambitious Interactive Design\u00a0Intern to join our creative team to work on\u00a0a variety of interactive platforms ranging\u00a0from in-store retail experiences, e-commerce, digital magazines and native\u00a0apps. Our expertise in omni-channel\u00a0commerce and progressive digital\u00a0experiences can propel consumers to\u00a0Touch, Move, Interact and Transact,\u00a0anywhere and everywhere.<\/p>\n

You <\/strong><\/p>\n You of course, are smart and creative with strong\u00a0visual design skills but also completely versed in the foundations of user experience and client side technologies. You have a minimum of 1 – 2 years experience in a digital agency or an equivalent degree (in progress).<\/p>\n Your Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Developed design aesthetic and command of leading industry design software (You are a master of the Adobe Creative Suite).<\/p>\n \u2022 A user centered methodology with the ability to solve basic UX\/UI problems.<\/p>\n \u2022 Basic knowledge of interactive grid systems, responsive layouts and native app conventions.<\/p>\n \u2022 An understanding of what can be achieved via front end web standards (HTML, CSS, Javascript).<\/p>\n \u2022 Deep organization and efficient production habits that facilitate collaboration between multi-disciplinary teams in our fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n \u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n Bonus Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 UX\/UI, wire framing, prototyping skills<\/p>\n \u2022 HMTL, CSS and Javascript development skills<\/p>\n \u2022 Knowledge of After Effects or other time-based prototyping tools<\/p>\n \u2022 Familiarity with e-commerce systems<\/p>\n \u2022 Experience in fashion, editorial, or native iOS or Android app development<\/p>\n \u2022 Art, illustration, or photography skills.<\/p>\n \u2022 Understanding of Keynote<\/p>\n \u2022 Knowledge of 3D design programs<\/p>\n \u2022 Product design experience<\/p>\n We <\/strong><\/p>\n You will work with the Creative leads, Producers, and Engineers to communicate design strategies, compelling concepts and delightful experiences that are appropriate for a particular audience and platform.
