RecycleBank is seeking a full-time Web Pr=
\noducer. This position will monitor and maintain the daily production of prog=
\nram and editorial content on our website, RecycleBank.com. The Marketing Web=
\n Producer is responsible for the coordination, scheduling and publishing of =
\ncontent. 
The Web Producer is also responsible for supporting Recycl=
\neBank’s growth and customer acquisition strategy overall as it applies to a =
\ngrowing web consumer member base through the execution and maintenance of we=
\nb pages, program and promotion emails, local site alerts and other web mater=
\nial. Manage editorial production through RecycleBank’s content management sy=
\nstem and supporting systems. <\/p>\n

Reporting to the Director, Online =
\nContent & Marketing, this position plays a significant role in achieving=
\n the goals of the marketing, rewards, and online revenue teams. <\/p>\n

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
=95 Monitor and=
\n maintain the daily production of content on RecycleBank.com. 
=95 W=
\nrite and edit copy for new and existing web pages. 
=95 Establish ti=
\nmelines and schedules and manage the workflow for RecycleBank’s content part=
\nners and external writers\/bloggers. 
=95 Create functional outlines =
\nfor content packages and holiday promotions. 
=95 Coordinate with Re=
\ncycleBank’s brand and rewards teams to maintain website updates. 
=
\n=95 Create and modify HTML pages using RecycleBank’s content management syst=
\nem. 
=95 Maintain RecycleBank’s email program including schedule and=
\n execution. 
=95 Perform quality assurance for existing and new cont=
\nent and employ SEO best practices 
=95 Source, resize and optimize i=
\nmages for web practices 
=95 Assist in testing of technology release=
\ns as they relate to Online Content and Marketing initiatives <\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS 
Candidate will have an exceptional track recor=
\nd in frontend consumer website production and maintenance. An ideal candidat=
\ne is highly detail oriented, creative, self-motivated, cooperative, flexible=
\n and enthusiastic about being involved in a rapidly growing entrepreneurial =
\nenvironment. <\/p>\n

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES 
Req=
\nuirements: <\/p>\n

* 2 years experience minimum working with Content Ma=
\nnagement systems; Joomla experience a major plus 
* Experience hand =
\ncoding HTML 
* Familiarity with Photoshop 
* Proficient in M=
\nicrosoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
* Experience with consum=
\ner facing editorial content 
* Demonstrated development of project g=
\nuidelines and processes. 
* Demonstrated time management skills; abi=
\nlity to prioritize and address multiple tasks within a rapidly growing busin=
\ness environment 
* Must be flexible, able to shift priorities and wo=
\nrk independently. 
* An interest in site navigation and functionalit=
\ny a plus. 
* Working knowledge of XML, CSS. 
* Familiarity w=
\nith search engine optimization. 
* Understanding of development tech=
\nnologies and process. 
* Experience managing freelance writers a plu=
