You know how to ask the difficult questions in creative and inventive ways that make people want and know how to answer them. You know how to gather deep human understanding in creative, quick and actionable<br \/>\nDiagram is a design studio and consultancy working in healthcare. We strongly believe that design can improve the patient<br \/>\nWe aren\u2019t afraid to work on a hunch, get it wrong and build it again. We\u2019re looking for similar individuals who are up for the challenge.<br \/>\nexperience. We work hard to bring patient insights and prototyping early in the process of development and maintain it as a function throughout the product or service evolution. We have a strong and clear vision and love to operate in a young and scrappy model.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #5856d6;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>Responsibilities<br \/>\nengage clients in diverse and novel research ideas and approaches (both generative and iterative)<br \/>\nuse narrative strategies to share, align and interact with various stakeholders<br \/>\ndevelop research briefs, protocols, methods and approaches<br \/>\nexecute research (including recruitment oversight, discussion guides, etc)<br \/>\nconduct thought-provoking analysis that goes beyond initial observations<br \/>\ntranslate or synthesize research into actionable products\/services<br \/>\nguide and lead junior members of the team in research methods and needs<br \/>\nlead in-field research projects from start to finish<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #5856d6;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>Contributions<br \/>\nshare and communicate Diagram\u2019s vision<br \/>\nactively participate in building a creative, productive, fun studio environment<br \/>\ndevelop collaborative, cross-functional approaches<br \/>\nbe self-initiated and bring new\/relevant ideas to the table<br \/>\nability to travel<br \/>\nmust be able to work 100% in office<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #5856d6;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>Skills\/Experience<br \/>\ndemonstrate that you know how to get your hands dirty and make &#8211; not just talk<br \/>\nmust be a good storyteller<br \/>\na no fear attitude when it comes to new methods and approaches<br \/>\nknow that sometimes you have to see it in order to know if it\u2019s right<br \/>\nsimplify complex ideas<br \/>\nwork quickly and efficiently &#8211; be flexible and agile<br \/>\ntechnical efficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Powerpoint<br \/>\n3-4 years of research experience<br \/>\nhave a graduate degree or equivalent<br \/>\n5-7 years of experience in a relevant field<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #5856d6;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>We are looking for fulltime freelance with the opportunity to turn into fulltime.
