The\u00a0Tenlegs platform brings together members of a school community onto a trusted and\u00a0privately-branded online network. This network enables individuals to connect and collaborate,\u00a0regardless of geography or discipline, empowering schools to extend their presence globally.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Position Overview:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– As a UI\/UX Designer at Tenlegs, you will be designing elegant solutions to complex\u00a0problems<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Our software is complex but the user experience should be simple and interactive. You\u00a0understand how to balance data, usability feedback, business needs and your own deep\u00a0design knowledge to make decisions.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Collaborate with Business Development, Product Managers, Developers and Engineers to\u00a0come up with a solution, and take it to the finish line through research, wireframes, and\u00a0prototypes.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– You notice and appreciate the details without losing sight of the big picture.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Responsibilities:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Working closely with Product Managers, Developers and stakeholders to make strategic\u00a0product decisions<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Solving customer problems, identifying user types, and creating user journeys, wireframes,\u00a0prototypes, UI patterns, and high-fidelity designs in a collaborative process with Product\u00a0Managers and Developers<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Inspiring the team beyond good usability by leveraging opportunities for delight through\u00a0behavior design<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Working with Agile development teams<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Qualifications:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– A current portfolio of work demonstrating UI\/UX expertise<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, sketching, concept visualization, prototyping tools,\u00a0wireframes, and information architecture<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– An understanding of interaction, visual design principles, and responsive design<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Knowledge of behavior psychology and persuasive design<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
– Participate in design reviews with a range of cross-team stakeholders<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
