This entrepreneurial, ambitious, proactive,<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>and analytical leader will have primary responsibility for driving growth in the direct to consumer channel.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE AN IMPACT:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>BioLite launched online in 2012, and since then, our direct to consumer business has continued to be a<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>significant driver of growth. Our ecommerce-first roots make us unique in the outdoor industry and<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>we\u2019re ready for you to lead us to the next phase of innovation and growth. You will work closely with<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>cross functional teams and have true P&amp;L responsibility for this strategically important piece of the<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>business.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>KEY ACTIVITIES:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Identify key levers for growth and innovation, create a prioritized pipeline of initiatives, and<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>manage cross functional teams to drive results<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Help determine business KPIs, create targets, and measure performance against targets<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Implement paid and unpaid customer acquisition strategies<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Work closely with marketing to create the promotional and communication calendar<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Work with developers and ecommerce operations to execute site improvement initiates and build<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>a best in class infrastructure to support sales growth<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE &amp; ATTRIBUTES:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce operations, or related area in a<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>consumer company (bonus points if in the outdoor industry)<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Knowledge of various customer acquisition growth strategies, including paid and unpaid<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>acquisition strategies<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Experience setting quantitative goals for every initiative and building tools to measure results<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>against those goals and to drive decision making<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 An in-depth understanding of the relationships between marketing, design, finance, supply chain<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>and ecommerce and how various IT systems work together<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Experience with email marketing strategy and execution<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Understanding of UX best practices and A\/B testing methods and tools to continually drive<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>increased site conversion<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Experience managing external web developers to implement strategies<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 A great sense of humor, proactive and relentless towards achieving goals, and an understanding of<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>the team-oriented, fast-paced nature of growth stage company<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>BioLite, a cutting-edge consumer technology company and social enterprise is seeking an<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>TITLE: eCommerce Growth Marketing Lead<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>LOCATION: Brooklyn, New York<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>REPORTS TO: Head of Marketing<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>WORKS CLOSELY WITH: CEO, finance, supply chain, and wholesale teams as well as ecomm operations<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>and web developers<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>START DATE: ASAP<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>COMPENSATION: Salary is competitive with other fast-growing startups plus company equity, a profit-<\/div>\n<div>based bonus plan, and generous benefits.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>ABOUT BIOLITE:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>BioLite is a dynamic social enterprise that develops, manufactures, and markets consumer energy<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>products for off grid communities around the world.
