It\u2019s important that<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>you don\u2019t mind getting your hands dirty, and can switch from computer work to<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>more manual tasks as necessary.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>You will also be assisting our sales department with reporting, research, new<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>account onboarding and product entry. As an essential part of our busy team, you<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>will learn a lot in a short period of time.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>KEY ACTIVITIES:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Ensure Proper Execution of all Wholesale Orders: Ensures that all hard<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>orders are received, entered, shipped and invoiced in a timely, accurate<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>manner. This includes: managing the wholesale channel\u2019s various global<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>order pipelines; reviewing and entering orders, projecting and<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>communicating delivery timelines; ensuring that freight terms and routing<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>guides are kept up to date and followed at the warehouse; communicating<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>and facilitating resolution of quality issues; and communicating inventory<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>shortfalls and delays.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Manage E-Commerce Backend: Run daily tracking reports, create and send<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>international order invoices and review flagged orders for any potential<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>issues.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Assist in Providing Support to Retail and Wholesale Customers: Work<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>with the support manager to understand and respond to customer inquiries<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>in a timely and polite manner. Provides follow-up with customers in regard<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>to returns and sending all necessary labels and documentation.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Product &amp; Part Inventory\/Shipping: Maintain our in-house inventory of<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>replacement parts. Spend several hours a week packing part shipments, and<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>sample orders, printing labels and ensuring that they are picked up or<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>dropped off to the correct shipping carrier. Keep inventory count and request<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>new shipping supplies when necessary.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 New Account Set-up\/SKU Maintenance: Acquires and distributes product<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>specifications (e.g. individual weights and dimensions, case pack weights and<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>dimensions, UPC\u2019s, MOQ\u2019s, Container Qty., Pallet Qty.). Assists with asset<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>gathering and account set-up documents. Maintains vendor document<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>requirements.
