As an interdisciplinary team of problem solvers, designers, and doers we work at the intersection of physical, digital and social design.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Whether we are inspiring customer-centric innovation for international corporations or inventing new ways to activate public institutions, our mission is the same \u2014 to inspire conversation, collaboration, and action.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We are looking for a Project Manager for corporate projects focused on commercial architecture, custom large scale media, comprehensive signage, and retail installations.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Your role as a Senior Project Manager<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Strong project management experience in architecture, media and\/or exhibitions fields<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Manage the design process to meet the budget &amp; schedule parameters<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Define project scope, goals, team resources and deliverables in conjunction with senior management for new and existing projects.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Oversee the internal multi-disciplinary design team including 3D\/physical designers, technical systems designers, interactive designers, writers and graphic designers, animators<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Oversee subcontracted design specialists such as Lighting designers<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Set and continually manage project expectations with team members, project partners and other stakeholders.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Identify and manage design project schedule; identify dependencies, clarify critical path, track project milestones and deliverables.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential escalation issues, and devise contingency plans.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Qualifications<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 At least 7+years of demonstrated management experience<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Must have excellent communication (verbal\/written) skills with respect to team members, peers, and management<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Demonstrated experience developing project strategy and analytical problem solving<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Comfortable interacting with senior executives both within firm and to external partners and clients<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including corporate, retail, communication design and public space design<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Keynote, Acrobat<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Recommended basic knowledge of FastTrack, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and online collaboration tools (Basecamp, Google apps suite)<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 This position requires frequent travel to client locations for meetings.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\nPlease visit our website @\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.esidesign.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.esidesign.com<\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>To be considered, please e-mail your cover letter and resume with the position as the subject to: \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruit@esidesign.com\" target=\"_blank\">recruit@esidesign.com<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER \/ ESI Design ESI Design is one of the world\u2019s foremost experience design firms.
