At Siegel+Gale, you\u2019ll have an endless supply of new experiences as you do work that connects with people all over the world\u2014and you\u2019ll do it in an environment that helps you grow.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>As a\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Integrated Producer<\/strong><strong>\u00a0at Siegel+Gale, you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be expected to deliver best-in-class digital experience executions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and manage the client&#8217;s projects at the agency on an ongoing and project basis<\/li>\n<li>Direct production resources (internal and external), timelines, budgets, and final product delivery on a day-to-day basis<\/li>\n<li>Help manage teams comprised of strategists, experience designers, creative and content teams, UI developers, platform developers and QA resources<\/li>\n<li>Establish &amp; help maintain schedules, and overall project scopes<\/li>\n<li>Contribute scopes and high-level work plans for proposals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage client\/internal expectations to ensure all teams are aligned on strategy and delivery<\/li>\n<li>Document and communicate project status to teams on a regular basis to ensure all teams are aware of next steps and project milestones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Source and manage vendors and talent on assigned projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Adopt, encourage, and contribute to overall improvement and quality of internal processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive projects to final stages of completion by keeping the team both on track and highly motivated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re a great fit for this position if you have:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7 years of agency or start-up experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years direct experience managing project types such as: website redesigns and launches; web and mobile application builds; technical, creative and strategic discoveries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The ability to think critically and show you can manage the unknown (even in a realm that may not be your specialty).<\/li>\n<li>A passion fortechnology and specifically trained in understanding the nuances of brands in a digital and integrated world<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing large projects and diverse teams to bring first-in-class experiences to life, leveraging technologies in smart ways<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The ability to be a team player, fostering collaboration and deflecting conflict, leveraging proven experience in team-building and risk management.<\/li>\n<li>Superior communication skills, both verbally and electronically<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Siegel+Gale continually seeks to advance the principles of equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees.
