We\u2019re looking for a UX designer like you to help us build and deliver new mobile<\/p>\n
products. You will work the front lines of the design cycle, be instrumental in<\/p>\n
articulating the overall user experience, and will ultimately drive the translation of<\/p>\n
those decisions into cohesive, well-thought out deliverables. We need self-<\/p>\n
starters who take the ball and run with it, contribute heavily to design<\/p>\n
conversations, and geek out on design.<\/p>\n

basing decisions on industry standard methodologies, user research and<\/p>\n
adhering to visual language and style guides.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 You generate deliverables such as user personas, user journeys,<\/p>\n
experience maps, software diagrams, wireframes, task flows and other<\/p>\n
conceptual frameworks that support and describe the product experience.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 You can capture and translate complex business and user requirements<\/p>\n
into design parameters.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 You have the ability to lead while still being hands on because you can<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 7+ years of experience in UX for mobile and web (service design<\/p>\n
experience a plus)<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Experience designing for Android 4+ (Lollipop experience a huge plus)<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 A portfolio that demonstrates interaction and visual design capability for<\/p>\n
consumer experiences across a variety of devices (phone, tablet, TV,<\/p>\n
web) and interaction patterns (touch, voice)<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Eloquent verbal\/written communication & presentation skills, with the<\/p>\n
ability to successfully articulate design concepts and rationale to your<\/p>\n
team and various stakeholders.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Thrives as an essential part of a fast-paced design team. Someone who<\/p>\n
can anticipate the logical next step and takes initiative without needing an<\/p>\n
excess of given direction.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Fluency with common design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud\/CS,<\/p>\n
OmniGraffle, Axure, Keynote, etc.).<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Prior experience designing effectively within an Agile process is a big plus.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Front End Design (prototyping skills a<\/p>\n
plus)<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 BA\/BS in fine arts, graphic arts, human factors or related field<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 A disciplined approach to managing your own projects, with expert ability<\/p>\n
to deliver solid work in a deadline-driven environment.<\/p>\n
