Position: Senior UX Designer \/ Principal UX Designer<\/p>\n

The Senior UX Designer<\/p>\n
The Comcast UX team is seeking a passionate and innovative Senior Designer<\/p>\n
with knowledge of user-centered design principles and a \u201cdon\u2019t make me think\u201d<\/p>\n
understanding of usability to concept and create visual design UX solutions<\/p>\n
across multiple platforms such as web and mobile while collaborating cross-<\/p>\n
functionally to deliver world class customer experiences.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Deliver production-ready UX visual designs in alignment with overarching<\/p>\n
business and UX goals<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Rapidly drive progress of existing work (experience designs, UX guides,<\/p>\n
information architecture, visual designs) to project completion<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Collaborate with UX team in ideation and concept explorations throughout<\/p>\n
projects lifecycles facilitating and driving UX solutions, discussions and<\/p>\n
planning while maintaining project oversight, until project completion<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Articulate and track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies and<\/p>\n
risks as well as communicate progress, issues and accomplishments to<\/p>\n
UX team<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Tracks and projects time for assigned tasks such as concept sketches,<\/p>\n
rough wire frames or flows, visual design comps, rapid prototyping\/demos,<\/p>\n
presentations, logos, icons, mood boards and assist in the creation of<\/p>\n
associated mitigation plans, while following prescribed process and best<\/p>\n
practices<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Serve as liaison between UX team members, identifying and participating<\/p>\n
in UX specific project visual designs; communicate regularly with<\/p>\n
Engineering and Product teams<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Serve as a mentor and coach and contribute to the growing library of<\/p>\n
knowledge around User-Centered Design, through the products<\/p>\n
developed and best practice research<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Degree in design, computer science, human factors or related field<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Minimum 5 years experience designing for desktop and mobile interactive<\/p>\n
experiences<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Proven experience as design leader with ability to direct others through<\/p>\n
creative process<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Understanding of interaction design principles<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Demonstrable fluency with Adobe Creative Suite design tools (Illustrator,<\/p>\n
Photoshop, Fireworks, etc.)<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Excellent collaborative skills with critical thinking and creative problem<\/p>\n
solving abilities<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects in a<\/p>\n
deadline-driven environment<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Strong portfolio of solid web, mobile and multi-media required<\/p>\n
