The Senior Visual Designer<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The UI\/Visual Designer will have a hands-on role in the design efforts of<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
consumer-facing products by shaping product benefits and user needs into<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
engaging and intuitive user interfaces for a wide range of mobile devices and<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
web experiences. The successful candidate will bring experience in delivering<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
digital applications that feature outstanding user experience and elegant design<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
aesthetics. Candidate portfolios must contains recent mobile\/tablet based<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
products on iOS and Android platforms to be considered.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Take responsibility for the interface: find problems, propose solutions,<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
recommend implementations, and execute on UI solutions to improve the<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
user experience.<\/div>\n

\uf0b7 Create pixel-perfect, world-class user interfaces and original, eye-catching<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
visual design.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Create pixel-perfect iconography and animations that represent the brand<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
and purpose of mobile applications.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Deliver high quality work on tight schedules in a dynamic, agile product<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
environment.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Produce interactive prototypes for internal experimentation and user<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
testing, and test UI in a rigorous, data-driven way.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Collaborate with Product Managers, UX team, and Engineers during all<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
phases of the project\/process.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Demonstrate command of usability and accessibility standards, of visual<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
and user interface design disciplines and principles.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Study and understand users deeply to recommend how to create UI<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
features that deal with and solve their needs.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Write complete and intuitive style guides and design specifications with a<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
focus towards Engineering implementation.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Support, communicate, course-correct, and revise through the<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
development phase.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Maintain a critical eye and an obsessive attention to detail.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Qualifications:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Degree in design, fine arts, graphic arts or related field<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Minimum 5 years of UI and visual design experience within a digital<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
agency or product team.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Experience leading development of comprehensive and versatile digital<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
design systems.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Significant experience in iconography, symbol design, and data<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
visualization.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Expert typesetting and typographic design skills.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Deep knowledge of cross-platform mobile usability standards and UI<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
specifications.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Demonstrable fluency with Adobe Creative Suite design tools (Illustrator,<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Photoshop, Fireworks, etc.)<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Understanding of design and technical capabilities\/limitations of leading<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
email and browser technology.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Ability to take a project from exploratory and conceptual version, through<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
to final production assets.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Strong ability to multitask and execute against multiple projects running in<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
parallel path.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Ability to collaborate with other designers, copywriters and business<\/div>\n
