The project is for a non-profit cultural institution based in New York City, with a robust analyzing their current digital archives and public website, auditing the content of each, and providing strategy on how best to enhance and unify an overhauled user experience of all. (A technological analysis runs concurrently during this phase by a separate team.) The candidate should have passion for deep-diving into culturally-rich content and providing thoughtful suggestions for future-forward thinking user interface solutions.<\/div>\n<div>Tasks include but are not limited to:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<div>Defining and prioritizing website objectives and KPIs<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<div>Client documentation gathering and review<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<div>Participating in stakeholder and user interviews<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<div>Design persona development and prioritization<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<div>Review of analytics and SEO of current site<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<div>Quantitative and qualitative audits of current web entities<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<div>Competitor\/comparator website reviews and current website gap analysis<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<div>High-level sitemap and navigation testing<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<div>Requirements\/Feature list<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The project is to start in March and should last 5-6 weeks of part-time work. The position involves working from our New York office on occasion (otherwise working remotely with minimal oversight), attending client meetings in person, and participating on user phone interviews.
