Interns must be able to work a minimum of two full days per week, seven hours<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>a day, for three months, or propose an equivalent amount of time.\u200bEducational credit, and a<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>small stipend of $500 are available. In the past, interns have always developed connections to<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>artists, technologists and designers of interest to them.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>TO APPLY\u200b, please send your CV and cover letter to info@eyebeam.org with the name of the<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>internship (e.g. &#8220;Curatorial Intern&#8221;) in the subject line. Drawing entirely on the community of residents and alums, Eyebeam<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>then expands their work into exciting programs with lasting impact.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Development Intern<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>This internship will give the intern valuable, real \u00adworld experience in the nuts &amp; bolts of nonprofit<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>development, within a highly\u00ad respected institution. Well \u00adsuited candidates should have an<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>interest in nonprofit management, and will work directly with the organization\u2019s Director. The intern will work closely with the Communications<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Manager to develop a range of archival investigations, digital content, with the possibility of<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>publication development. Some of the tasks you will be asked to assist with are as<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>follows:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u25cf Planning and organization of upcoming exhibitions and the Computational Fashion<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Master Class (a summer school presented together with Shapeways)<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u25cf Planning and organization of upcoming Computational Fashion Meetups &amp; workshops<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u25cf Development and updating of digital content related to the initiative<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A prime candidate for this position will not only have experience in communications and event<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>planning, but will also have a significant interest in and knowledge of creative applications for<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>wearable computing and imbedded electronics.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Studio Internship<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Please note that studio internships are unpaid since they take place directly with current<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>residents rather than the staff.
