COMPANY DESCRIPTION AND ROLE OF THE REAL ESTATE TECHNOLOGY INTERN<\/div>\n

Omnispective Management is the internal management arm of a 70 year old real estate company in<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
New York City. Central Park South Associates (CPSA) is an affiliate that manages 240 Central Park<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
South (240 CPS), a \u00a0landmark pre-war rental apartment building on Columbus Circle. 240 CPS has<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
more than 300 Luxury apartments, seven shops and cafes and a world class restaurant, Marea. 240<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Central Park South underwent a comprehensive restoration in the 2000’s and is a NYC Landmark.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The Real Estate Technology Intern will report to Omnispective Management\u2019s Managing Vice<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
President to ensure seamless communication and access to the current management team and<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
software platforms. The Intern will interface with the CPSA management team and support efforts<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
to develop training modules for the team. The Intern will also work with the Managing Vice<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
President to evaluate new Real Estate Technology opportunities and play a lead role in reporting on<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
the current management\u2019s technology use and on present and future opportunities.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REAL ESTATE TECHNOLOGY INTERN<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The Real Estate Technology Intern is a temporary full-time position that complements the existing<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
management team. Under the direction of the Managing Vice President, Real Estate Technology<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Intern will be responsible for investigating the day-to-day logistics of planning, implementing and<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
evaluating the management team\u2019s software use. The Real Estate Technology Intern will primarily<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
focus their efforts in the following three areas: 1) reviewing and reporting on current real estate<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
technology use; 2) proposing and testing solutions for improving operations and deployment of<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
existing tools; and 3) creating website templates and providing training on their editing and<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
administration<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Anticipated duties and activities of the Real Estate Technology Intern will include:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Conducting a full review of the company\u2019s current real estate technology use, focusing on<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
the management software programs and online presence<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Surveying the functionality and potential for improved integration within the company\u2019s<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
current programs and online presence<\/div>\n

\uf0b7 Surveying the functionality and potential for improved integration of competing software<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
solutions<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Creating a series of proposals for improved technology use through changing behaviors,<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
procedures, programs, or designs<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Creating a testing program for proposed solutions<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Creating a training program for accepted solutions<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Supporting the execution of newly integrated solutions<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Collaborating with the management team to identify promising future technologies<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Creating new website templates optimized for mobile users<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Ensuring staff is trained in editing and administration of website templates<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Supporting efforts to prepare timely and accurate reports to ownership<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
All activities will require interaction with the CPSA management team. The Real Estate Technology<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Intern will report to the Managing Vice President.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The optimal candidate will possess the following skills and\/or experience:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Excellent computer skills<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Property management or similar real estate experience<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Software or website development and\/or testing experience<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Experience preparing and submitting timely project reports<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Exposure to relevant coursework, conferences and\/or professional events<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Working understanding of program evaluation and data collection concepts<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Organized and accountable<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\uf0b7 Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
DATES AND COMPENSATION<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The Real Estate Technology Intern is a temporary full-time position with a negotiable starting date<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
in May or June of 2016 and ending in August or September of 2016.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Compensation will be offered at an hourly rate based on the candidate\u2019s level of qualifications and<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
