Central Park South Associates (CPSA) is an affiliate that manages 240 Central Park<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>South (240 CPS), a \u00a0landmark pre-war rental apartment building on Columbus Circle. 240 CPS has<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>more than 300 Luxury apartments, seven shops and cafes and a world class restaurant, Marea. 240<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Central Park South underwent a comprehensive restoration in the 2000&#8217;s and is a NYC Landmark.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Real Estate Technology Intern will report to Omnispective Management\u2019s Managing Vice<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>President to ensure seamless communication and access to the current management team and<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>software platforms. The Intern will interface with the CPSA management team and support efforts<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>to develop training modules for the team. The Intern will also work with the Managing Vice<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>President to evaluate new Real Estate Technology opportunities and play a lead role in reporting on<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>the current management\u2019s technology use and on present and future opportunities.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REAL ESTATE TECHNOLOGY INTERN<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Real Estate Technology Intern is a temporary full-time position that complements the existing<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>management team. Under the direction of the Managing Vice President, Real Estate Technology<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Intern will be responsible for investigating the day-to-day logistics of planning, implementing and<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>evaluating the management team\u2019s software use. The Real Estate Technology Intern will primarily<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>focus their efforts in the following three areas: 1) reviewing and reporting on current real estate<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>technology use; 2) proposing and testing solutions for improving operations and deployment of<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>existing tools; and 3) creating website templates and providing training on their editing and<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>administration<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Anticipated duties and activities of the Real Estate Technology Intern will include:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Conducting a full review of the company\u2019s current real estate technology use, focusing on<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>the management software programs and online presence<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Surveying the functionality and potential for improved integration within the company\u2019s<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>current programs and online presence<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Surveying the functionality and potential for improved integration of competing software<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>solutions<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Creating a series of proposals for improved technology use through changing behaviors,<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>procedures, programs, or designs<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Creating a testing program for proposed solutions<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Creating a training program for accepted solutions<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Supporting the execution of newly integrated solutions<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Collaborating with the management team to identify promising future technologies<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Creating new website templates optimized for mobile users<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Ensuring staff is trained in editing and administration of website templates<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Supporting efforts to prepare timely and accurate reports to ownership<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>All activities will require interaction with the CPSA management team.
