We are seeking a\u00a0Senior Designer to lead Visual Design and User Expereince efforts<\/strong>, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of designers, product managers, and developers to deliver innovative work for our partners.\u00a0The candidate will be responsible for the full UI\/UX workstream.<\/strong>\u00a0The candidate should have solid experience with designing for software interfaces and apps, as well as possess a broad design skill set. Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Lead the UI, UX, and branding tracks on projects for mobile, web and other digital software products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Participate across all aspects of the design process (research, ideation, design, and testing)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Confidently present the work and supporting rationale to internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Create and maintain polished and thoughtful deliverables and documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Contribute to the overall growth and culture of the product design team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and advocate for design excellence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
You:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- 5+ years designing for mobile and web-based software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- 3+ years work experience at a major digital agency, tech\/product startup, or Fortune 1000 company\u2019s internal product\/UXD group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Experience in designing software<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 service design, native apps, platforms, web-based tools, and transactional responsive sites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Create highly crafted visual and UX design deliverables, including interface designs, wireframes, personas, product concepts, prototypes, and branding<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Strong skills in typography, interface design, iconography, and imagery<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Working experience with rapid prototyping<\/strong>\u00a0(from whiteboarding and paper to using tools such as InVision, Pixate, Framer and Axure).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Mastery of design software including Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Ability to work iteratively in a highly Agile, Lean UX, and Scrum environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- An understanding of industry trends, best-practices, and emerging user\u00a0behaviors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- A passion for design and technology with an entrepreneurial spirit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- 4 year college degree in design, art, new media, human factors, behavioral science, or applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
