We are seeking a Director of the Physical Design Department for retail environments; museum exhibits, corporate installations and Large-scale media experience projects.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Successful candidates will be responsible for:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Clearly communicating his\/her ideas to the internal teams as well as to clients.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03D modeling and renderings of co-created designs.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Working with Project Managers to oversee schedule and workflow.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Presenting design concepts verbally and visually; both internally and directly to clients.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Interacting with clients to establish design criteria and communicate concepts.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Working with an internal multi-disciplinary design team including AV systems designers, UX \/UI designers, writers and graphic designers.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Overseeing design at different phases of project work with Project Management.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Managing a small team in the creation of concept visualizations as well as project documentation.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Qualifications<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Overall 7 to 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of demonstrated experience working as a Senior Designer.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Proven ability and relevant work experience in cross-functional environments including Retail, Corporate, Museum and\/or Large-scale media experience design.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Must have excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills with respect to team members, peers, and management.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Extensive knowledge and experience in 3D modeling, rendering, drafting and design documentation using relevant design software.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Experience in the design production process, from documentation to overseeing fabrication and installation.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Strong strategic, Conceptual design and analytical skills<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Experience interacting with senior executives both internally and externally.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Experience in leading and mentoring designers in a multidisciplinary environment.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Delivering stunning presentations is a huge plus.<\/div>\n
