Systems technologies including new<\/p>\n<p>solutions, and functional improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Primary focus and ownership of strategy, design, and implementation of:<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 In-store technology including fixed POS, Mobile Point of Sale, Omni Channel<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Back-end applications for selling and customer service systems \u2013 Sales Audit, CRM,<\/p>\n<p>LP and Payment Systems.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Lead software and hardware evaluations and selections to support business<\/p>\n<p>requirements.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Build teams and partnerships with key business stakeholders and vendors to ensure<\/p>\n<p>project requirements and design are meeting or exceeding requirements.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 To provide management and leadership of the store systems team, to include full<\/p>\n<p>responsibility for the recruitment, motivation, development, and retention of<\/p>\n<p>staff.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Manage and maintain a schedule of deliverables with strategic vendors \u2013<\/p>\n<p>including Communication and management of vendor deliverables and impact to<\/p>\n<p>timelines and business expectations.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Partner with all business teams in support of Store Operations, Marketing, Analytics,<\/p>\n<p>Digital Commerce, Loss Prevention and Sales Audit, Finance.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Partner with infrastructure team to design and build a secure, redundant, scalable in-<\/p>\n<p>store\/back-end hardware and network infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Assist in the design and development of in-store transaction selling that includes a<\/p>\n<p>higher level of customer engagement and support of sales associate\u2019s ability to use<\/p>\n<p>the latest technology to support these initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Lead strategy and roadmap development with in-store technologies, ensuring that<\/p>\n<p>VF\u2019s store technology landscape enables our future business strategies.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Benchmark retail industry trends to help to define and expand the in-Store Systems<\/p>\n<p>strategy for Multi-channel, eCommerce, in-Store technology experience.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Own the assigned processes from conceptualization through implementation, as well<\/p>\n<p>as future measurement and evolution of the process and systems.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 This individual must possess a strong understanding of Retail Store Systems, Mobile<\/p>\n<p>POS, development lifecycles, eCommerce technologies, with capacity to lead related<\/p>\n<p>projects and objectives.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 This individual must have experience building and running scrum\/agile teams.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 This individual must have experience building and delivering mobile apps to support<\/p>\n<p>retail experience.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 This individual must have experience and understanding of experience design and it\u2019s<\/p>\n<p>role in developing solutions.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience working with retail<\/p>\n<p>systems.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Candidate should have worked on or implemented complex Store Systems solutions<\/p>\n<p>within a retail space.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Candidate should have a successful track record of creating and delivering effective,<\/p>\n<p>timely and cost-effective solutions to meet business objectives.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Candidate should be able to lead and influence executive level stakeholders across a<\/p>\n<p>diverse environment.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Should be comfortable with being hands on in the creation of solutions and work as a<\/p>\n<p>team player.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Candidate must be able to gather information rapidly, work efficiently in a fast paced<\/p>\n<p>environment and be results oriented.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Must be comfortable presenting and leading discovery sessions with business teams,<\/p>\n<p>both executive\/leadership level and individual contributors.<\/p>\n<p>Other Skills and Abilities:<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Strong analytical and communication skills.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Formal understanding with applied experiences in project management.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Must have strong written skills, with the ability to convey clear and concise thoughts<\/p>\n<p>and ideas.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Should have good interpersonal skills to deal with direct reports, user community and<\/p>\n<p>vendors.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Extremely organized, diligent, detail-oriented and self-motivated.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Ability to manage time and priorities while managing multiple projects at
