responsible for the technical and functional support of the<\/p>\n<p>technologies running our retail business.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Responsible for establishing a comprehensive retail technology support model to<\/p>\n<p>include all application and infrastructure technologies required in the operations of<\/p>\n<p>VF\u2019s retail businesses.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Define VF\u2019s Global Retail Support strategy, and build a framework and plan that can<\/p>\n<p>be implemented in all regions.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Leadership:<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Build teams and partnerships with key business stakeholders and vendors to<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Provide management and leadership of the store systems team, to include<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Manage and maintain a schedule of deliverables with strategic vendors \u2013<\/p>\n<p>ensure project requirements and design are meeting or exceeding<\/p>\n<p>requirements.<\/p>\n<p>full responsibility for the recruitment, motivation, development, and<\/p>\n<p>retention of staff.<\/p>\n<p>including Communication and management of vendor deliverables and<\/p>\n<p>impact to timelines and business expectations.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Create and deliver strategies, which enhance the retail production support value<\/p>\n<p>proposition.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Oversee coordination, triage and resolution efforts for all retail system issues, as well<\/p>\n<p>as proactive maintenance of all retail technology.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Responsible for supporting the expansion of VF\u2019s retail landscape including new store<\/p>\n<p>growth and new retail formats.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Partner closely with project delivery teams to ensure appropriate implementation of<\/p>\n<p>new capabilities and technologies, ensuring continuity of retail operations.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Drive adherence to a standardized retail operating model.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Evolve the structure and capability of the retail technology support organization in<\/p>\n<p>alignment with changing technology landscapes.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Be responsible for vendor management and coordination across all retail system<\/p>\n<p>capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Ensure adherence to SOX controls, as well as management of related documentation<\/p>\n<p>and remediation efforts.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Execute and coordinate robust stakeholder communication and escalation related to<\/p>\n<p>critical issues impacting retail operations.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Drive results and promote continuous process improvement, ensuring business<\/p>\n<p>objectives are met and resources and tasks are allocated appropriately.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Partner with all technology and business teams in support of Store Operations,<\/p>\n<p>eCommerce, Marketing, Analytics, Loss Prevention and Sales Audit, Finance.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Partner with architecture, infrastructure, and security teams to design and build a<\/p>\n<p>secure, redundant, scalable in-store\/back- end hardware and retail network<\/p>\n<p>infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 This individual must possess a strong understanding of Retail Systems including point<\/p>\n<p>of sale, mobile point of sale, core merchandising systems, fulfillment systems,<\/p>\n<p>planning and allocation systems, consumer analytics, and the evolution of retail and<\/p>\n<p>omnichannel.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 This individual has experience with development lifecycles, and understands how to<\/p>\n<p>work in an agile\/scrum environment.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 This individual has experience building support team and support models, aligned<\/p>\n<p>with ITIL methodologies and including a service delivery approach to creating support<\/p>\n<p>a support model.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 This individual must have support experience with a fortune 500 retailer<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 International experience preferred.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience working in a production<\/p>\n<p>support role, with progressive responsibilities including managing a team and leading<\/p>\n<p>the creation and implementation of support strategies.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Candidate should have a successful track record of creating and delivering effective,<\/p>\n<p>timely and cost-effective solutions to meet business objectives.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Candidate should be able to lead and influence executive level stakeholders across a<\/p>\n<p>diverse environment.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Should be comfortable with being hands on in the creation of solutions and work as a<\/p>\n<p>team player.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Candidate must be able to gather information rapidly, work efficiently in a fast paced<\/p>\n<p>environment and be results oriented.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Must be comfortable presenting and leading discovery sessions with business teams,<\/p>\n<p>both executive\/leadership level and individual contributors.<\/p>\n<p>Other Skills and Abilities:<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Strong analytical and communication skills.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Formal understanding with applied experiences in project management.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Must have strong written skills, with the ability to convey clear and concise thoughts<\/p>\n<p>and ideas.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Should have good interpersonal skills to deal with direct reports, user community and<\/p>\n<p>vendors.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Extremely organized, diligent, detail-oriented and
