Your role as Practice Leader\/ Media Architecture<\/div>\n
\u2022 Design Quality Review & Development, work with Senior design staff, Department directors, and Principal to assure design quality including mentorship of designers, developing higher quality deliverables, and improving presentation techniques.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Project Initiation<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
o New Clients,<\/div>\n
\u2022 Finalize SOW, fee negotiations, and scheduling with Account Directors<\/div>\n
\u2022 Transition new projects from Proposal to project Kick-off<\/div>\n
\u2022 Identify Resourcing needs specific for a project, work with department directors and HR to staff accordingly<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
o Legacy Clients<\/div>\n
\u2022 Conduct preliminary site visit with Design Lead, Account Director or Principal to identify project scope, resourcing needs, budget targets, desired schedule, special project or client needs<\/div>\n
\u2022 Generate SOW with Account Director<\/div>\n
\u2022 Transition project to assigned PM<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Ongoing Project & Account Duties:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
o Oversee progress of projects throughout design and production phases<\/div>\n
o Facilitate communication between PMs to mitigate resource issues, schedule conflicts, and project partner concerns<\/div>\n
o Facilitation of Partner coordination meetings<\/div>\n
o Oversee account calls with primary design and production partners (including Systems Integration, software production, and specialty design)<\/div>\n
o PM Oversight<\/div>\n
o Work with Production management team to solve schedule issues, client requests, change order management, vendor\/partner issues<\/div>\n
\u2022 Project Management of Key Project(s)<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Business Development:<\/div>\n
\u2022 Work with Director of Business Development to develop pitch strategies<\/div>\n
\u2022 Present ESI services and portfolio to new potential clients and project partners<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Qualifications<\/div>\n
\u2022 At least 7+years of demonstrated experience leading teams through the life cycle of project.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Must have excellent communication (verbal\/written) skills<\/div>\n
\u2022 Demonstrated experience developing project strategy and analytical problem solving<\/div>\n
\u2022 Comfortable interacting with senior executives both within firm and to external partners and clients<\/div>\n
\u2022 Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Keynote, Acrobat<\/div>\n
\u2022 Recommended basic knowledge of FastTrack, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and online collaboration tools (Basecamp, Google apps suite)<\/div>\n
\u2022 This position requires \u00a0travel to client locations for meetings.<\/div>\n
