I want to follow up with you about Beespace\u2019s search for a new Fellow to work with\u00a0Heat Seek beginning in December 2016.<\/b>\u00a0Heat Seek, one of our four \u201cIncubees\u201d, works at the intersection of innovative technology and tenant advocacy to provide new tools in the fight to maintain affordable housing in New York City (www.heatseek.org<\/a>).<\/div>\n

The key reference points for this exceptional opportunity are:\u00a020 hours per week<\/b>,\u00a0onsite at Beespace, from December 2016 – December 2017, with a monthly paycheck of $2,100 plus a health stipend.
\n<\/b>
\nThe opportunity:
\nNow midway through its second cohort, Beespace has enshrined patient capital, rigorous experimentation, emotional intelligence, and true sustainability at the center of its incubation model. We offer a two-year developmental curriculum aimed at helping founders build their own compasses for navigating the inevitable detours, distractions, and attempted shortcuts that mark so many start-up journeys.<\/p>\n

The Beespace Fellow will work side-by-side with Heat Seek team members on all aspects of designing and building their organization. The Fellow will be a core collaborator with the Beespace management team, acting as guardians of and evangelizers for the incubator\u2019s core commitments to community-building and peer learning.<\/p>\n
