User Experience Researcher<\/div>\n

Our UX Research Team is seeking experienced researchers to help us develop innovative new products and services.\u00a0 The work is fascinating.<\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
Responsiblities:<\/div>\n
Design and conduct user research to evaluate new and current products<\/div>\n
Conduct qualitative studies, including field observation and interviews, remote and in-person usability studies<\/div>\n
Design quantitative studies, including experiments and surveys<\/div>\n
Identify and explore new opportunities before they make it onto the drawing board<\/div>\n
Collaborate closely with other researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers<\/div>\n
Adapt and innovate research practices to meet team needs under the tight timeframes of a rapidly growing company<\/div>\n
Synthesize and communicate research findings to inform business decisions<\/div>\n
Learn about Uber customers in cities around the world<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Qualifications:<\/div>\n
A minimum of four years of user research experience in industry or academia<\/div>\n
Mastery of methods, with an emphasis on qualitative or quantitative research.<\/div>\n
Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct research in close collaboration with people in a variety of roles, including design, engineering, and product management<\/div>\n
Ability to clearly, concisely, and persuasively communicate your findings, verbally and in writing<\/div>\n
The drive to explore and define research opportunities throughout the company<\/div>\n
Ability to travel in the United States and abroad<\/div>\n
Ability to speak Spanish, Russian or Arabic is a plus.<\/div>\n
