My name is Andy Chen and I am a partner at Silicon Valley venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield Byers (KPCB), where we\u2019ve helped build world changing companies like Google, Nest, Square\u00a0Genentech, Twitter, Amazon, and many new startups. KPCB has always been interested in finding the best young talent on university campuses and NYU: Tisch School of the Arts\u00a0has so many amazing students that we would like to engage with.<\/p>\n

Six years ago, we launched a program called the KPCB Fellows Program (www.kpcbfellows.com<\/a>). The program offers outstanding college students an opportunity to gain significant experience developing their design skills all while being mentored by a company executive at startups like Coursera, Flipboard, Slack and many others. This month, we\u2019ve opened up our design Fellows application on kpcbfellows.com<\/a> and wanted to seek out your help in finding the best young designers for the program. It would be great if you could let your students know about the KPCB Fellows program and encourage them to apply on our website as well as pass the opportunities onto the appropriate campus departments.<\/p>\n
