Situated within the Marketing Department, you will work closely across our<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>sales, operations, and marketing teams to identify metrics and patterns that uncover the efficacy<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>of key initiatives and inform future hypotheses. Your work will be central to creating a healthy<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>online sales channel for our outdoor line which, in turn, helps fulfill our promise of bringing<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>affordable energy everywhere to those who need it most.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Location: Brooklyn, NY, USA<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Start Date: ASAP<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Reports To: Director of Marketing<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Compensation: Competitive with a full benefits program including healthcare, tech stipend,<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>adventure sabbatical, and access to outdoor industry professional deals.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>What will I be doing?<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Manager of Digital Analytics and Marketing will provide ongoing insights, analyses, and<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>strategic perspectives on the core marketing initiatives surrounding BioLite\u2019s website and online<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>store (www.BioLiteEnergy.com). You are on the constant pursuit of bringing customers in and<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>through the site and you will manage a team of expert vendors to help undertake key growth<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>and conversion projects \u2013 they will do the heavy lifting, but it\u2019s your job to define the KPIs by<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>which to measure their success. Beyond crunching numbers you know what numbers to crunch:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>you will be setting up dashboards that help the team identify meaningful metrics vs vanity<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>distractions.
