We are seeking interns to work on a new immersive theatrical piece, 3\/fifths<\/div>\n
which will premiere in both of the theater spaces at 3LD Art & Technology Center.<\/span><\/div>\n
The piece explores race and racism and is radically interactive. \u00a0the system we are designing<\/span><\/div>\n
is making full use of 3LD’s expansive video inventory. Operators and installers will be exposed to large scale<\/span><\/div>\n
networking, cueing for immersive theater, projection mapping, game theory and large scale video distribution.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Time commitment would be from load in to Opening\u00a0March 27 – May 6, 2017<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
There may be opportunities to stay on for the run of show, or in paid engineering positions.<\/div>\n

SHOOTING \/ ART DEPT.
\nSome experience lighting for camera
\nSome experience shooting (D-SLR, RED, BlackMagic etc)
\nSome experience running ingest
\nSome experience running basic color correction
\nSome experience doing Art Dept, graphic design, Photoshop, Illustrator etc
\nSome experience with set dressing<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n
VIDEO DESIGN
\nGathering, downloading, and organizing stock, found and archival footage
\nBasic editing (Premiere)
\nAfter Effects experience would be awesome
\nC4D a mega plus<\/p>\n

DESIGN \/ ENGINEER
\nInteractive designer (Unity or Unreal) to build out a few simple programs for us with (probably) an 8-bit aesthetic<\/p>\n

ENGINEERING
\nProjector hang \/ focus
\nIsadora \/ QLAB \/ Touch Designer \/ MadMapper \/ BrightSign: video software experience of some kind
\nInteractive experience: Arduino or similar<\/p>\n
