We’re seeking Mid \/ Senior-level UX Designers for our FinTech client – they’ve got fulltime (preferred), temp-to-perm, or freelance positions open, so it’s a smorgasbord for everyone. There’s lots to do there!<\/p>\n

It’s very much the best of both worlds there: a startup culture with a great dev team and iterative processes, with an agency-influenced approach. They’ve got the hefty backing of the large financial institution that acquired them and who is all too happy to incorporate their innovative influence and products.<\/p>\n

Their VP of Design is someone we’ve worked with for years, and she’s awesome – one of the most direct, transparent, savvy people you’ll ever work alongside, and she instills loyalty in those she’s worked with and have followed her to her current role. Indeed, the company has fantastic female leadership at every level – including the founder, the C-suite,\u00a0the design department, and beyond.<\/p>\n

You’ll be helping design new product offerings across platforms and devices in a highly Agile, iterative fashion, for both the “regular guy\/gal” user, and for financial planners.<\/p>\n

Overall, the company’s goals are worthy – you’d be helping to empower individuals to budget, save, and invest in a well-informed and enjoyable way, as well as providing tools and systems for the financial planners who help the users. Technically no longer a start-up, as they were acquired last year by a well-known financial services firm, so you get to enjoy both the high-energy and creative capital of a start-up culture, with the backing of a well-established F100 company. You\u2019ll be joining a team of 6-8 UXers, collaborating closely with a Visual team of approx the same size. You’ll enjoy excellent benefits and very reasonable work\/life balance.<\/p><\/div>\n
