Creative Director<\/font><\/font><\/u><\/div>\n

Salary range: $68k – $85k with full benefits =96 (not able to n=
\negotiate a higher salary than this)<\/font><\/p>\n

The Visual Creative Director will be responsible for doing hand=
\ns on creative work as well as leading creative freelancers and agencies. The=
\ny will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest quality d=
\nesign generated by in-house and outside consultants. They will manage and ex=
\necute multiple projects through all stages of development: from incubation t=
\no final production. This leadership role requires articulating and executing=
\n=A0 <\/span>a strong design vision, strateg=
\ny well as overall brand direction. This is the sole design position in the o=
\nffice so must be a leader. <\/font><\/p>\n

Responsibilities include:<\/font><\/p>\n

=B7=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0 Hands-on design of web pages, promotions and sales collateral<\/font><\/p>\n

=B7=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0 Lead and articulate the visual direction, manage and communicate the e=
\nvolution of this direction as we learn and grow. <\/font><\/p>\n

=B7=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0 Help in the definition of new products<\/font><\/p>\n

=B7=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0 Update the website with creative assets daily<\/font><\/p>\n

=B7=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0 Work collaboratively<\/font><\/p>\n

=B7=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0 Look at all the visual work and make sure it is on brand and up to sta=
