applications are available on our\u00a0website<\/a>.<\/p>\n Through its Fellowship Programs, the Ford Foundation seeks to increase the diversity of the nation’s college and university<\/p>\n faculties by increasing their ethnic and racial diversity, to maximize the educational benefits of diversity, and to increase the<\/p>\n number of professors who can and will use diversity as a resource for enriching the education of all students.<\/p>\n Eligibility Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 U.S. citizens, nationals, permanent residents (holders of a Permanent Resident Card), or individuals granted deferred action<\/p>\n status under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program (DACA) program, and political\u00a0asylees\u00a0and refugees regardless<\/p>\n of race, national origin, religion, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation<\/p>\n \u2022 Individuals planning a career in teaching and research at the college or university level in a research-based filed of science, social<\/p>\n science or humanities<\/p>\n Stipends:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0Predoctoral–$24,000 per year for three years<\/p>\n \u2022 Dissertation–$25,000 for one year<\/p>\n \u2022 Postdoctoral–$45,000 for one year<\/p>\n Awardees will have expenses paid to attend at least one Conference of Ford Fellows.
