POSITION SUMMAR=

This role will be responsible for working closely with=
\n product managers, visual designers, engineers, member services, marketing a=
\nnd the sales team to develop design solutions that meet the goals of the bus=
\niness and the needs of the user.<\/div>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/div>\n
Conceptualize and=
\n develop user-centered design solutions that meet the user=92s needs and goa=
\nls of the busines<\/div>\n
Organize site content and increase func=
\ntionality of user tasks and processes through the creation of user scenarios=
\n, sitemaps, wire-frames, and diagrams<\/div>\n
Test design solutio=
\nns with intended audience and refine based on findings<\/div>\n
Co=
\nllaborate with team members in developing design solutions<\/div>\n
Help identify process improvements that make the group more efficient an=
\nd effective<\/div>\n
Actively contribute to the culture of communi=

2-3+ years as part of a User Experience Team =
\n(Information Architect, Usability Engineer, Interaction Designer or HCI back=
\nground).<\/div>\n
Proficiency with Abobe Creative Suite, Omnigraff=
\nle, Microsoft Office<\/div>\n
Knowledge in using HTML, CSS, Flash =
\nand XML<\/div>\n
Experience developing online social tools and pro=
\nducts<\/div>\n
