The company has become<br \/>\na standard for location-based virtual reality; offering an unmatched user experience, quality and great<br \/>\nentertainment value.<br \/>\nDESCRIPTION<br \/>\nVR Tech team is responsible for smooth operation of all tech at VR World. You will work to test, install and<br \/>\ntroubleshoot VR tech. Working alongside our guides you will provide support to ensure our guests<br \/>\nexperience the best of the cutting edge technologies on a daily basis and leave VR World to only come<br \/>\nback again.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Troubleshoot issues such as: PCs, charging station, control pads, resets, connectivity.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Run daily open and close protocols and scheduled tech checks<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Troubleshoot and check tracking and syncing issues<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Provide inventory accounting and maintenance of all equipment<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Install new and replace old systems<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Assist with occasional facility maintenance and repairs<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Assist in ordering and tracking new tech<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Ensure operation of server equipment, wifi connectivity<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Maintain detailed service logs<br \/>\nQUALIFICATIONS<br \/>\n\uf0b7 At least 3 years of experience working in IT, with hands on experience with hardware, servers,<br \/>\nand systems<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Experience working with Windows OS<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Experience testing equipment following established procedures<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Ability to follow written and oral instructions<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Minimum of an Associates Degree in IT or related field, Bachelors degree preferred<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Understanding of how firmware works within hardware components is a bonus<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted, climb, bend, twist, stoop and kneel on a regular basis<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Exceptional communication skills<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Ability to be on-call<br \/>\nCompensation:<br \/>\nCompetitive salary to bring in the best candidate.
