Music, cabaret, theater, and art are pervasive at music festivals – so why not science? The Pratt Institute and Guerilla Science collective are again hosting a\u00a0residency\u00a0for\u00a0artist-scientist\u00a0collaborations\u00a0to bring transformational experiences to major art and music festivals. We are seeking applicants to develop new forms of site-specific interactive installations and live events that mix science with art, music and play.

The\u00a0Residency\u00a0will take place over 8 weeks beginning in April and culminate at\u00a0Lightning in a Bottle<\/a>\u00a0festival.\u00a0Scientist-artist\u00a0teams will create a host of new events and installations to spark imagination and curiosity. A stipend of $4500, 2 tickets to the festival, and a travel subsidy will be provided, along with access to the project\u2019s network of mentors and partners.
