Screen Actors Guild<\/span>, the world=E2=80=
\n=99s leading entertainment union, seeks an experienced web video specialist =
\nto create dynamic videos that will advance the Guild=E2=80=99s overall commu=
\nnications goals. Under the direction of the communications executive directo=
\nr, the video specialist will be responsible for writing, producing, directin=
\ng and editing digital=
\n video segments<\/span>. <\/p>\n

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES=
\n:
This section provides a general summary of the most significant job dut=
\nies performed. It does not explain in detail every single duty performed:=E2=80=A2 Develop and create a variety of short form videos that will commu=
\nnicate the Guild=E2=80=99s various initiatives in an effective and compellin=
\ng manner.
=E2=80=A2\tProduce, direct, shoot and edit all videos for online=
\n and DVD or other distribution.
=E2=80=A2 Work closely with communication=
\ns executive director, director, communications and other key staff to strate=
\ngically utilize video content online and in other distributions..
=E2=80=
\n=A2\tManage video section of SAG.org<\/span>&nbsp=
\n;website. This includes uploading videos using cont=
\nent management system<\/span>.
=E2=80=A2\tPerform other duties as assigned.=
\n <\/p>\n

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
=E2=80=A2\tComfo=
\nrtable serving as a camera person, director and editor
=E2=80=A2\tExpertis=
\ne creating and editing short form video productions=
\n<\/span> for web and other distributions.
=E2=80=A2\tExperienced cinem=
\natographer with DV or mini-DV background preferred.
=E2=80=A2\tExpert know=
\nledge in the following tools and equipment: Final Cut Pro<\/span>, audio editing, Flash programmin=
\ng, high definition video
=E2=80=A2 Proficiency in creating graphics and a=
\nnimation using Adobe =
\nPhotoshop<\/span>, Illustrator, After Effects or similar graphic software programs<\/span> use=
\nd in video productions
=E2=80=A2\tCreative mindset to generate fresh and e=
\nxciting content.
=E2=80=A2\tSkill in meeting with others to assess needs, =
\ndevelop concepts\/storyboards and carry through to finished product.
=E2=
\n=80=A2\tAbility to manage multiple and conflicting deadlines and coordinate o=
\nrganized project plans.<\/p>\n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n

Education and\/=
\nor Experience:
Undergraduate degree required. Major in film, journalism o=
\nr communications preferred.<\/p>\n

Minimum of 3 years experience with produc=
