This role will<br \/>\ncreate a data-driven growth strategy for BioLite\u2019s direct online business and support annual<br \/>\nD2C revenue targets through the identification of KPIs, improved forecasting tools, and<br \/>\nactionable consumer insights that inform merchandising, customer retention, and<br \/>\ncommunication strategies.<br \/>\nWe are looking for a technically-minded analytical thinker who can take their quantitative<br \/>\nskillset and translate it into digestible recommendations for the broader organization. Most<br \/>\nimportantly, you understand the difference between reporting raw data and delivering a<br \/>\ntrue analysis and you\u2019re excited to put that to work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Activities<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager to define, automate, and produce weekly<br \/>\ne-commerce analysis. Flag trends and issues where relevant and offer data-backed<br \/>\nrecommendations to be taken.<br \/>\n\u2022 Revise existing monthly forecasting model to better leverage historical data and<br \/>\ncustomer behavior.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Conduct monthly State-of-the-Site worksession with marketing team to identify data-<br \/>\ninformed successes, challenges, and opportunities to achieve department goals.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Work with large, messy, disparate datasets and conduct aggregated analysis in a<br \/>\nmeaningful way to develop big picture strategy that drives Digital Marketing<br \/>\nManager\u2019s priorities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Help marketing team establish metrics and reporting to optimize internal team<br \/>\nworkflows and ROI on time invested<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare relevant data and insights in preparation for quarterly board meetings<\/p>\n<p><strong>This Should Describe You<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 You have 3-5+ years of professional experience working in a highly analytical role,<br \/>\npreferably in performance marketing analytics, e-commerce, or related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 You&#8217;re a SQL whiz and have worked with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Periscope,<br \/>\nDOMO, etc.<br \/>\n\u2022 You are not afraid of code and can teach yourself whatever tool necessary to get the<br \/>\njob done.
