Junior Product Designer<\/strong><\/p>\n

Junior Product Designers play an important role in supporting the design team. They help to brainstorm new ideas, participate in research and create digital products that solve real user problems. Junior Product Designers are hands-on in every step of a product process and are comfortable working with collaborators across all disciplines.<\/p>\n

What we look for:<\/strong>
\n\u25cf A portfolio showcasing design skills in UI and product design. What we look for is a user-centric approach and way of thinking.
\n\u25cf Some experience in a professional design environment is a plus. We are also open to school graduates with a BFA, BS or MFA in Graphic Design or equivalent field.
\n\u25cf Knowledge of latest tech innovations and UX design trends. We want you to have a long list of products that inspire you.
\n\u25cf Empathy for the customer, as well as in your communication with the team and project stakeholders.
\n\u25cf Knowledge about Product Design best practices and UX-centred design, or a strong willingness to learn.<\/p>\n

What you will do:<\/strong>
\n\u25cf Use interaction design and prototyping tools like Sketch and Abstract to create wireframes and visual designs.
\n\u25cf Support the design team in designing solutions for web, iOS and Android apps and emerging platforms.
\n\u25cf Work closely with research to gather and analyse insight, and then incorporate findings into design.
\n\u25cf Give and receive constructive feedback as part of a collaborative design team.
\n\u25cf Ideate new products and services, and employ a variety of techniques to visualise your creative thought process, be it with sketches or prototypes.<\/p>\n
